These microorganisms are usually residing in certain parts in our body such as the intestinal walls, throat, oral mucosa, and vaginal lining in females. Yeast is harmless and doesn't lead to health issues when their number is kept in check, however once they over populate, infection will happen and cause troublesome symptoms that can have serious repercussions.
